Representative Galvez is most noted for his hard work on the Legal Tender Act legislation that makes silver and gold legal tender in Utah. This legislation has been used as model legislation for several other states who have followed Utah’s lead.
Representative Perry, being a member of the Utah Highway Patrol, is a strong advocate of buckling up, no texting while driving, and DUI Checkpoints.
